Farewell to the Countess of Glamour

It is with the deepest sadness that we mark the passing of Lynn Dell Cohen, aka the Countess of Glamour, pictured here with us just before Easter in her custom orange and brown coat and matching turban (made from Rudi Gernreich yardage she'd found).

Lynn was larger than life, and a great role model for older women everywhere.

Our friend Shelley,  Forest City Fashionista, captured it perfectly when she wrote us: New York will be less colorful without her.  She was a force to be reckoned with.

And to quote Ari Seth Cohen of Advanced Style: Heaven just got a little more glamourous.

Indeed it did.
